How it works
All new yearly subscriptions to Actorshi.com will receive a 30-minute basic avatar photoshoot and video slate. New yearly subscribers may schedule their session here. Your appointment will be confirmed once payment is received. To upgrade to or to sign up for a yearly membership, click here.
What will I get?
The goal is to get at least one usable photo as your avatar and a good take for your video slate. See examples here.
Timeline
All 30-minute sessions include light and camera adjustments as well as your avatar photo and video slate. Please arrive on time and ready to go. A tech will be there to assist you.
When to arrive
Please do not enter the Tiny Stage building earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. We need time between each client to properly clean and sanitize. No loitering in the hallways, please.
Late arrivals
Your session starts at your scheduled time. If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your session.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to our guests and staff, we ask that all cancellation requests are put in at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Parking
There is no dedicated parking at The Tiny Stage. Parking is available on the street or in surrounding parking structures. Sorry, we do not validate.
How to find The Tiny Stage
The main entrance to The Tiny Stage building is on the Diamond Head (East) side of South Street between Pohukaina and Auahi Street.
You will see a short set of steps going down. At the end of those steps, enter the door to your left and follow the hallway all the way down until you arrive at Suite #163. Masks must be worn when in the building.
Guests
You may have one guest accompany you to observe. Guests will not have their photos taken.
What to wear
We highly recommend a top that’s a solid color or something with a not so busy print. Your background will be solid black, so plan accordingly. Always best to choose something that makes you feel good!
Actors will only be allowed ONE look during their 30-minute session.
Hair and makeup
There will be no professional make-up artist or hairstylist present at your shoot. Be camera-ready when you arrive at your time slot. For avatar shots, we highly recommend natural makeup and hair. Please bring a brush, powder or any other tools needed for your own touch-ups.
After your shoot
Within 48 hours of your shoot, you will receive a web link with that will include all photos and videos. Even the blinky ones. You will own 100% of these photos and are free to do with them as you please.
Health and safety
Masks must be worn at all times when in the building. Masks may be removed only when actively taking photos and recording your slate. Anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms will be asked to remain home or leave the Tiny Stage. Temps will be taken at the door. Anyone with a fever or 99 degrees or more will be asked to leave The Tiny Stage. The room will be cleaned and sanitized between each session.
Are these professional headshots?
These should not be considered professional headshots as there is no professional photographer on site and we do not offer any retouching services. While you may find a photo that you could possibly use as a headshot, the main focus of these basic avatar photos are to be for updating your Actorshi profile and any other online platform you may use like Actors Access, Facebook and Instagram.
